The US warned Russia against systematic attacks on Kyiv

The United States has strongly condemned Russia’s recent strikes on Kyiv, including the use of the Oreshnik missile , calling it a “dangerous and barbaric escalation,” Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations Tammy Bruce said at a meeting of the UN Security Council.
“Russia’s latest massive strikes on Kyiv this past weekend, including the deployment of Oreshnik hypersonic ballistic missiles, are an incomprehensible, dangerous, and barbaric escalation,” Bruce said.
She emphasized that the attack resulted in the deaths and injuries of civilians, and the destruction of cultural and residential buildings.
The US representative also warned Russia against systematic strikes on Kyiv and called for an immediate and comprehensive ceasefire as a step towards a lasting peace, warning that the alternative is “an escalation of violence that will spiral out of control.”
Oreshnik’s attack on the Kyiv region
On the night of May 24, during another massive attack on Ukraine, the Russian army fired an Oreshnik missile at the city of Bila Tserkva in the Kyiv region.
At the same time, analysts note that Russia now has only about 3-4 Oreshnik missiles left . And British Colonel Hamish de Breton-Gordon called Russia’s latest use of its Oreshnik missile “another humiliation for Putin.” He noted that this may be due to the fact that Kyiv is home to Patriot air defense systems, which have previously shot down other widely advertised Russian weapons.
Ukrainian investigators have analyzed the wreckage of the Russian “Oreshnik” missile used by the Russian Federation to attack Bila Tserkva. It is noted that this missile carried warheads that were inert simulators, metal and concrete blocks without explosives. These same elements were found during previous Russian attacks with this type of weapon.

She doesn’t sound like a Mediator…
‘warning that the alternative is “an escalation of violence that will spiral out of control.”’
Why? Because the US will stop delivering Patriots to Ukraine in response?
Those statements are diametric bro…
An escalation is an increase, stopping the supply of Patriots would be a de-escalation.
An increase from now zero is escalation?
If you have news that Ukraine is out of Patriots, please post it.

Asking for more doesn’t mean you have zero, as you said.
You guys should consider starting a podcast based on the old TV show “Cross Fire”. It would be really entertaining and you may even syndicate the show.
