The head of the Pentagon also recalled that the Russian Federation’s losses are offset by hundreds of thousands of dead and wounded.

Russia has spent $200 billion since the start of its full-scale invasion of Ukraine , Pentagon chief Lloyd Austin said at the Ronald Reagan National Security Forum in California.

According to him, the Russian losses in manpower amounted to at least 700,000 people during this period. And the losses in the first year of the war, according to the head of the Pentagon, could exceed Russia’s losses in all conflicts since World War II combined. The head of the Pentagon noted that in recent months the occupiers have been losing up to 1,000 people daily.

Austin added that the US has transferred two Patriot batteries, 24 HIMARS missile systems, thousands of pieces of armored vehicles and millions of artillery rounds to Ukraine during that time, Austin said. The total amount allocated for military assistance since February 2022 is more than $62 billion.

  1. 200 billion seems real low. I don’t think 200 billion would be causing the disastrous economy that we are seeing in that shit hole.

    • The revenue from gas and oil has more than halved. Mafia land are exporting nothing, and with the ruble being a trash currency, imports are astronomically high.

  2. For this money Putin could start making paved roads in Russian country side……………or some sewage, or at least good healthcare with modern equipment.
