The defeat of such a target is an excellent result, because most of all, Ukrainian troops at the front suffer from attacks by guided bombs, says Seleznev.

On the night of April 27, a “bavovna” occurred at the Russian Kushchevskaya airfield . According to preliminary estimates, a warehouse containing universal modular planning kits, which could be used to convert conventional bombs into guided bombs, was destroyed.

Military expert Vladislav Seleznev commented on this attack on Channel 24 . According to him, the defeat of such a target is an excellent result, because most of all, Ukrainian troops at the front suffer from attacks by guided aerial bombs (UABs).

“The UMPC model is an accessory that turns a conventional high-explosive bomb into a guided aircraft munition. Of course, it was a successful hunt, because the enemy is actively using this component to hit our Defense Forces,” Seleznev explained.

He noted that the occupiers had lost a significant part of the resources needed to turn high-explosive bombs into gliding bombs. And although the Russian military-industrial complex has the ability to produce them in considerable quantities, this will take a little time.

“In addition, reports said that the amount of destroyed enemy aircraft at the airfield near Kushchevsk has not yet been verified. But it is clear that the destruction of enemy military potential, in particular aircraft carrying guided bombs, adds certain capabilities to us,” Seleznev noted.

It is noted that KABs cause the most problems to Ukrainian defenders at “zero”. Thus, the more such attacks there are, the easier it will be for our military on the battlefield.
