In Tula (russian Federation), agents of the partisan movement “Atesh” carried out a sabotage operation aimed at disrupting the stable operation of an enemy defense plant. This is the Shcheglovsky Val machine-building enterprise.
The Atesh press service reported this on Thursday, September 11. The video, filmed at the scene of the covert operation, was published on the Telegram channel.
Details of sabotage behind enemy lines
“Agents of our movement successfully turned off communications at a defense plant in Tula. As a result of the sabotage, we managed to destroy the communications tower,” the message says.
Judging by the published footage, an unknown patriot set fire to a separate transformer for powering antennas, installed under the tower serving the military-industrial complex facility.
“We have already conducted reconnaissance of this facility before, and the Defense Forces of Ukraine have successfully struck the plant. Now we are moving to more active actions and destroying the infrastructure of the enterprise – and this is just the beginning!” – the participants of the partisan resistance movement warned the aggressor country.
What is known about JSC “Shcheglovsky Val”
This is an enterprise of the Russian military-industrial complex. The plant is part of the High-Precision Complexes (Rostec) and produces military equipment: air defense systems, rapid-fire guns, and small arms.
Among the products, it is worth noting:
- Pantsir anti-aircraft missile and gun complexes, including multifunctional radars;
- “Bakhcha” and “Berezhok” combat modules, including the commander’s sights;
- anti-tank missile system “Kornet-EM”.
As OBOZ.UA wrote, earlier in the Ukrainian territories occupied by the Russians, partisans carried out a sabotage operation to harm the logistics of Putin’s army men. To do this, Atesh agents in the Luhansk region set fire to a relay cabinet.
