At the same time, the Kherson Regional Military Administration reports that this morning, Russian military personnel attacked a man with a drone in the Dnipro district of Kherson.

“A 30-year-old resident of Kherson was hit by an enemy strike. He received an explosive injury and concussion. The victim was taken to the hospital for medical assistance,” the report says.
