Early on the morning of June 27, Ukrainian FP-5 “Flamingo” missiles visited
Volgograd, Russia. The Titan-Barricades plant, which is important for the aggressor state, was attacked, where launchers, artillery systems and components for the Iskander-M ballistic missile complexes and the Yars and Topol-M strategic missiles are manufactured.

The Russians also filmed the moment of one of the arrivals.
According to the OSINT community world.militares, the military plant “Federal Scientific and Production Center “Titan-Barricades” in Volgograd was attacked. It is one of the key enterprises of the Russian military-industrial complex.
The enterprise, which is part of the state corporation “Roskosmos”, according to ASTRA, is one of the key and most secretive plants of the Russian defense industry. It belongs to the full-cycle armaments production: from design and development work to serial production.
They produce:
- ground-launching installations and units for the strategic missile complexes “Yars”, “Topol-M” and “Sarmat”;
- self-propelled launchers of the Iskander-M missile defense system;
- large-caliber heavy artillery systems (“Msta-S”);
- naval artillery installations;
- coastal anti-ship complexes.
Due to its work for the needs of the occupation army, which is waging an aggressive war against Ukraine, “Titan-Barricades” has been under international sanctions since 2022, and today it has also been included in the “sanctions lists” of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
“Photos shared by residents show that at least two Flamingo missiles hit two workshops,” world.militares wrote at 04:18.
Some eyewitnesses also said this. Others spoke of three or even four arrivals.
Falcon Insight also came to the conclusion that it was Titan-Barricades that was attacked.
As of 05:10, the Dnipro Osint (Garbuz) Telegram channel geolocated three hits. Previously, two missiles hit shop No. 2 and the production building of shop No. 38.
The third “Flamingo” hit a shop of unknown destination.
Shop No. 33, according to Falcon Insight, specializes in power engineering.
“At enterprises of this type, power engineering workshops are usually responsible for the manufacture, maintenance or modernization of power equipment, power units, hydraulic systems or specific power supply units for the operation of massive mobile launchers and heavy equipment. Such units can also be engaged in ensuring the power infrastructure of the plant itself,” the report says.
Workshop No. 38 at the Titan-Barricades enterprise is most often mentioned as a tool or mechanical assembly unit (assembly of individual mechanical blocks)
“Probably, shop No. 2 is one of the main targets of the attack (for assembling chassis and hulls ),” the channel added.
In total, 5 Flamingos were launched in Volgograd.
Volgograd Region Governor Andrey Bocharov confirmed the attack. He called the strike on a legitimate target, a military plant that produces missile weapons used by Russia to strike Ukraine, a “terrorist attack.”
The official also reported that 10 Russians were injured, all apparently factory workers: the enterprise, given its importance for the Russian defense industry, works in three shifts.
The real number of injured employees of the affected enterprise may be much higher, CyberBoroshny notes. At least, this is what Russian doctors are writing about in local Volgograd chat rooms.
As OBOZ.UA reported, Ukrainian drones attacked the Tula region of the Russian Federation the day before. The Azot chemical plant in Novomoskovsk was hit.
Also, the other day in Russia, the gas processing and helium plants in Orenburg and the Vladimir Central Complex were hit.
