14 people were killed and 46 injured as a result of a missile attack on Odessa.
This was announced by the head of the Odessa OBA Oleg Kiper.
According to him, local residents, a doctor and a rescuer were among the dead. Among the victims are seven employees of the State Emergency Service.
On March 16, mourning will be declared in the city.
The Office of the Prosecutor General noted that a pre-trial investigation has been launched in criminal proceedings into violation of the laws and customs of war, coupled with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
