The President thanked the Ukrainian military for the liberation of Yampol in the Donetsk region.
Ukrainian troops have significant results in the east of Ukraine and, in particular, in Liman, Donetsk region.
President Volodymyr Zelensky said this in an evening address to the Ukrainian people.
He noted that we have significant results in the east of Ukraine.
“Everyone heard what is happening in Liman, Donetsk region. These are steps that mean a lot to us. And I thank all our fighters for the implementation of this element of our defense plan,” the President of Ukraine stressed.
He added that “this is very important.”
Zelensky noted the fighters of the 10th separate mountain assault brigade and the 54th separate mechanized brigade for unfailing courage, for heroism in the Seversk and Bakhmut directions.
He also thanked the Ukrainian fighters of the 214th separate rifle battalion of the Special Operations Forces and the 103rd separate territorial defense brigade for the liberation of Yampol.

Latest news is 5500 cockroaches are trapped in Lyman. Their only hope is trying to run the gauntlet to Torske, on a road completely covered by Ukrainian artillery. Good luck, you’ll need it.
Too bad it isn’t 10 or 15 thousand cockroaches.
Might be another batch of Russian lend lease to look forward to as well.
Hopefully we will have that many in Kherson.
It looks like Ukraine’s biggest contributor of weapons and ammo is about to make another donation. A bag of cockroaches will be a bonus.
