Authors:MediaSapiensAnother manipulation was brought to the attention of the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Alexander Alimov, Russia’s deputy permanent representative to the UN in Geneva, wrote on Twitter that children had died during the war in Donbas. He added to the post a photo of a girl who, according to him, “died from the shelling of the Ukrainian army.”

A spokesman for the Permanent Mission of Ukraine to the United Nations in New York, Oleg Nikolenko, pointed out that the photo shows eight-year-old Anastasia Lutsyshyna from the Russian city of Ussuriysk, who was killed in 2013. Oleg Nikolenko@OlegNikolenko_

  1. Just when you think the scum can’t go any lower, they always manage to find a way. I hope at the next UN meeting, the Ukrainian guy hands out images of this girl, and demands that Muscovy are kicked out of the UN.
