The American president is escalating his anti-Ukrainian rhetoric.

US President Donald Trump continues to publicly criticize Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky . This time, the White House owner accused the Ukrainian president of squandering American aid and creating a dictatorship. Trump posted the corresponding message on the Truth Social social network .

“Imagine, a modestly successful comedian Volodymyr Zelensky talked the United States of America into spending $350 billion on a war that can’t be won, should never have happened, but which he, without the USA and ‘Trump,’ will never be able to end. Furthermore, Zelensky admits that half the money we sent him ‘disappeared,'” Trump wrote.

At the same time, he repeated previously debunked false calculations that the US allegedly spent $200 billion more on supporting Ukraine than Europe.

At the same time, Trump again touched on the topic of elections in Ukraine, using their absence during the war as a reprimand to Zelensky.

“He refuses to run for office, has a very low rating in Ukrainian polls, and the only thing he does well is play Biden “like a violin.” A dictator without elections,” the American president wrote.

Raising the topic of peace talks in Ukraine, Trump said Zelensky needed to act quickly, “or he won’t have a country left.”

“Zelensky probably wants the fat flow (foreign aid – UNIAN) to continue. I love Ukraine, but Zelensky has done a terrible job, his country is broken, and millions have died needlessly – and it continues,” Trump wrote.
