It takes a lot of time and work to restore it. We are in contact with all utilities, everyone they are already beginning to gradually gather and will repair critical infrastructure,” he said.
The mayor also said that patrols are working in the city to identify looters. “All marauders will remove rubble, clear the streets and answer before the law,” he added.
According to Markushin, there are now up to 4,000 inhabitants left in Irpin.
“I urge them not to return yet, because there are no communications, water, electricity, gas, sewerage is not working and rubble must be removed from the streets. shells were scattered, which did not explode,” he said.
