Volodymyr Zelenskyy, President of Ukraine, has stated that this week, the Defence Forces of Ukraine strengthened their positions in Kharkiv Oblast, and the Russians are unable to spread out Ukrainian troops.

Quote: “Today, like every day, our attention is focused on the combat zone along the whole defence line. I heard the report by General Oleksandr Syrskyi, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who is on the front line with our combat brigades at the moment.
The results achieved these days, within this week [are as follows]: our positions in Kharkiv Oblast have been strengthened. The 57th Brigade, the 82nd Brigade ofUkraine’s Air Assault Forces – thank you, warriors! With that our forces are killing the occupiers on the axes in Donetsk Oblast quite efficiently, specifically near the city of Chasiv Yar and others.
The occupiers have failed to achieve their goal to spread out our troops and thus weaken Ukraine in the wide combat zone from Kharkiv to Donetsk Oblast.”
