Deputy from the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia Andrei Lugovoy, speaking on the propaganda TV channel Rossiya 1, said that the occupation forces are now “carefully and delicately” operating on the territory of Ukraine.
“Kharkov must be de-energized to such an extent that it becomes unviable. So that these 800 thousand people who remained there get into cars, on foot, with bales, on carts – and to the west. The same must be done with other cities, including Kyiv,” he said.
