President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed that the russian city of Perm again felt the consequences of Ukrainian “long-range sanctions” today.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced this on the Telegram channel, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
The President thanked the Ukrainian soldiers for their accuracy.
“Today Ukrainian long-range sanctions are again in Perm: this is more than 1,500 kilometers from our border. Recently, there were also important results in Chelyabinsk – up to 1,800 kilometers, – and also in Yekaterinburg – almost 2,000 kilometers. The consequences of Ukrainian long-range were also felt in Novorossiysk, Crimea, Tuapse, Samara and Nizhny Novgorod regions,” he wrote.
The head of state stressed that Ukraine has repeatedly suggested to the russian leadership to move towards peace, but has only received new russian strikes in response.
“That is why Ukrainian long-range sanctions are moving towards remote russian points that are related to russia’s military industry, war infrastructure and financing of aggression,” Zelenskyy stressed.
The President added that russia can make a choice and stop the war, and not for a few hours to hold a parade in Moscow, “but in order to save people’s lives.”
He stressed that russian dictator vladimir putin should value people, not parades.
“We need to establish peace, and not run around the capitals of the world with pleas for a pause on May 9. Peace is needed. Thank you to everyone who helps russia realize this,” Zelenskyy said.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on Thursday, May 7, a number of russian Telegram channels reported that drones had repeatedly attacked the Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez oil refinery in Perm (russia).
The Governor of the Perm Territory Dmitry Makhonin confirmed the attack on “one of the industrial enterprises”, stating that one of the drones had reached its target.
On April 29, russian dictator vladimir putin had a telephone conversation with US President Donald Trump.
The Kremlin stated that putin had proposed declaring a short-term ceasefire on May 9, and Trump allegedly supported this initiative.
Zelenskyy stated that the aggressor country of russia had not discussed with Ukraine the introduction of a short-term ceasefire on May 9, and no one had contacted Kyiv on this issue or sent any official proposals.

Mafia land are not at war with the US. If the dwarf hasn’t got the guts to contact Ukraine, then there is no ceasefire.
