On Wednesday, November 4, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived on a visit to Spain.
Zelenskyy announced this.
Development of defense cooperation
According to him, important meetings and negotiations are ahead in Madrid.
“The first priority is strengthening air defense for Ukraine, protecting our people, developing defense cooperation and production. We are grateful to Spain for the assistance provided. We are preparing new steps in support,” Zelensky wrote.
The President added that contacts with the American side are also planned these days.
“We are coordinating with partners to achieve concrete results on security issues and further steps towards peace. Protection from Russian attacks and the restoration of peace are needed. Thank you to everyone who helps Ukraine,” Zelenskyy concluded.
Winter aid package for Ukraine from Germany
On November 3, Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited Germany and announced that Berlin was preparing a winter aid package for Ukraine.
In particular, he informed German Chancellor Friedrich Merz about the situation in Ukraine and on the front, Russian attacks on energy infrastructure, cities and villages. Zelensky thanked Germany for military assistance, support for the Ukrainian energy sector, and contribution to the stability of the state.
One of the main topics of the negotiations was the further strengthening of Ukraine’s air defense. In particular, the issue was the provision of Ukraine with PAC-2, PAC-3 and IRIS-T missiles. The parties also discussed a new package of support for the Ukrainian fleet of F-16 fighters, which, according to Zelensky, is important for protection against Russian attacks, including strikes by “shaheeds”.

Spain has been one of the weakest European countries in this war. The country seems to think it’s not part of the continent and that mafia land’s aggression will never reach it. Hopefully, it will at least hand over Patriots.
