President Zelenskyy says Russia’s war is becoming a wider global threat—with North Korean troops and missiles, Russian intelligence helping Iran, and renewed attacks on Ukraine’s ports and grain infrastructure.

“preparations for another 30,000 North Korean troops”
The Tumangang (DPRK) to Khasan (ruSSia) border crossing is a railroad bridge over the Tumen River. A ballistic missile strike on that bridge would put a big crimp in those plans.
Unfortunately, that’s something like 8000 kilometers from Ukraine – longer if you want to avoid crossing China’s territory. But maybe there’s something in the Trans-Siberian Railway that’s closer to Ukraine which is not easy to bypass and which couldn’t be repaired quickly.
