President Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited the site of a Russian missile strike on a house in the Solomianskyi district of Kyiv.
The head of state announced this on Telegram, Censor.NET reports .
“I honored the memory of the dead. This despicable strike on a house in the middle of the night took the lives of 23 civilians. My condolences to their families and loved ones. All victims continue to be helped.
This shelling is a reminder to the world that Russia rejects the ceasefire and chooses murder. I am grateful to all our partners who understand: Ukraine must become stronger every day. I am grateful to everyone who is ready to put pressure on Moscow so that they feel the real price of war,” he noted.

On the night of June 17, 2025, the Russian occupiers launched a massive strike on Kyiv with drones and missiles of various types. As of 4:00 p.m. on June 18, 28 people were killed and another 142 were injured in Kyiv as a result of this attack.
