After Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s statement about the documents that end up on Vladimir Putin’s desk, a wave of memes with edited photos of the Ukrainian president appeared on social media. Users began creating satirical “intelligence reports” mocking the quality of information that his subordinates can provide to the Russian leadership.

Ukrainian social media users reported the emergence of memes after the publication of an address by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. The basis for the jokes were photos in which the head of state shows sheets of supposedly analytical materials on the internal situation in Russia.

After all, Ukrainian special services analyzed documents that reach the Russian leadership and concluded that even these materials record a deterioration in public sentiment in the Russian Federation.

In the published photos, the president is holding sheets with graphs and forecasts regarding the level of support for Vladimir Putin, the growth of protest sentiment, and the prospects of the United Russia party. These shots have become the template for numerous photo frogs.

Online users have begun to massively replace the content of documents with humorous messages, fictional reports, and absurd forecasts. Popular options include fake ratings, parody certificates, humorous account “verifications,” and even everyday jokes supposedly addressed to the Kremlin.

OBOZ.UA previously reported that discontent with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is growing within the Russian Federation, and it could reach an intermediate peak as early as September, when Russia is due to hold elections to the State Duma. Meanwhile, protest sentiments are growing in the regions, so the pressure on the Kremlin will only increase.

  1. Making fun of the old, blood-sucking little dwarf is the least anyone can do. No other leader has the cojones to do so, only Zelensky.
