According to him, Trump’s representative does not have a mandate to discuss the territories of Ukraine.
The special envoy of the President of the United States of America, Steve Witkoff , adopted the Russian side’s strategy during the negotiations.
This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky during a briefing, commenting on the latest statements by Special Representative Donald Trump regarding the war. In his opinion, such tactics are very dangerous, since Witkoff is spreading Russian narratives:
“I don’t see a mandate for him to discuss Ukrainian territories, because the territories belong to our people. So I don’t understand what he’s talking about at all. We’ve heard all this, but as Putin’s nonsense. I didn’t think he had the right people to continue spreading these narratives in other civilized countries.”

Witless should be dismissed from any further participation period.
Zelensky, being a president, must remain composed and diplomatic, but I think we can agree that he has a much stronger negative opinion about Witless, who is even by Trump’s standards a full-blown idiot and just as evil-spirited.
