The US President once again expressed the opinion that the time has come to end the war in Ukraine.
US President Donald Trump has again spoken about the need to hold elections in Ukraine , according to Clash Report .
“Zelensky needs to be realistic. And I’m surprised it’s been so long since Ukraine held elections,” he said.

According to him, supposedly 82% of Ukrainians demand a peace agreement with Russia (it is unknown where he got this statistic from – UNIAN).
“They want a deal. I understand that. They’re losing thousands and thousands of people every week. They want this to end,” Trump said.
He also claims that Ukraine has a “massive problem with corruption,” adding:
“This isn’t casting aspersions on anyone. People are asking: When will there be elections? Will there be elections at all? Or are they just going to continue like this?”
The US President also once again expressed the opinion that the time has come to end the war in Ukraine.
“It’s time to end this war, and I think it can be resolved. But it takes two to tango,” the politician noted.
Trump stated that European leaders want to meet with Ukrainian and US representatives this weekend. He added that the US “wants to know some things” before the meeting and “doesn’t want to waste time.”
