The conclusion of the agreement should take place in Berlin.

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz will sign a bilateral security agreement in Berlin . This was reported by the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung .
As confirmed by a representative of the German government in Berlin, Zelensky and Scholz will hold a meeting. In particular, it is expected that, as in France, a bilateral security agreement will be signed between Ukraine and Germany.
The process of preparing for the signing of these security agreements was launched at the NATO summit in Vilnius last July. Then the heads of state and government of the Alliance agreed that individual member countries would enter into long-term security agreements with Ukraine.
Agreements on cooperation in the field of security
On January 12, Ukraine and Great Britain signed a historic security agreement . As stated in the document, if there is a Russian attack in the future, the UK will provide Ukraine with immediate and urgent assistance in order to repel aggression both on land and in the sea and airspace. In addition, we are talking about providing Ukraine with modern types of weapons.
Tomorrow, February 16, French President Emmanuel Macron and Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky will sign a security agreement in Paris . The conclusion of the agreement will take place at the presidential Elysee Palace.

I don’t understand these so called security agreements. We had one. It was called the Budapest Memorandum…. yeah did us allot of good!
Sadly, true, Captain. And as a patriotic German, who volunteered for an extended tour of duty in my youth, it pains me to state that this alleged “security guarantee” isn’t even worth the paper on which it’s printed. Because our current Bundeswehr, with maybe a single division of combat troops to deploy abroad (on a good day), can’t even safeguard Moldova from being overrun, not to speak of Ukraine. This seems to me a pure publicity stunt without any deeper meaning.
Your Heckler-Koch rifles failed miserably. Their successor also failed during latest tests. Many tanks are unfit for combat as well as many planes. Getting protection from an army training with broomsticks is questionable.
Much truth to that. The G36s are as lousy as the M-16s of Vietnam war. Not only because of the small caliber, but even more so the lightweight construction.
