This was announced on Telegram by Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mikhail Fedorov.
“YouTube begins immediately blocking Russian state-owned media channels around the world,” the statement said.
As UNIAN reported earlier , in connection with the war that continues in Ukraine, YouTube channels of Russian propagandists RT and Sputnik were blocked throughout Europe.
At the same time, Google noted: “Our systems need time to fully deploy. Our teams continue to monitor the situation around the clock to take prompt action.”
