The US has very few Typhon systems, which Ukraine needs to launch these missiles. And it’s still unclear how many missiles Kyiv could obtain from the Pentagon’s stockpile.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy flew to the United States to address a key issue: discussing with US President Donald Trump the expansion of weapons systems the US will agree to sell.

As Andriy Yermak, head of the Presidential Administration, told Axios in an interview , Tomahawk missiles are at the top of Ukraine’s wish list. Kyiv is still awaiting a decision and believes that “such weapons could be a game-changer.”
He emphasized that Ukraine needs missiles to destroy drone and missile production plants deep within Russian territory. Kyiv also wants several other weapons systems that require US approval.
“We need a political decision from the United States that we will be able to buy any weapons we need without any restrictions,” Yermak said.
He acknowledged that there had been delays in the scheme by which NATO countries buy American weapons to send to Ukraine, particularly when it comes to air defense systems.
Even if Trump agrees to supply Ukraine with Tomahawks, it’s unclear how many missiles the US will be able to allocate from its stockpile. Furthermore, the US has very few Typhon missiles, which Ukraine needs to launch these missiles.
American and Ukrainian military experts also believe that the United States is likely to provide older models of Tomahawks, which could be intercepted by Russian air defense systems.

JUST ASK THE PILOT TO RETURN. Trumps security adviser Putin has already rejected Tomahawks for Ukraine.
There was and never will be any weapons sent by the US to Ukraine. Those days were over once the Kremlin got voted into the WH.
