The relevant information, which had previously appeared in the media, was confirmed to Interfax-Ukraine by a source in diplomatic circles.

Also at 16:38, Yermak published a message in Telegram consisting of three pictograms: the flag of Ukraine, the flag of the U.S., and a handshake.
