The entire population of the aggressor state is responsible for the war waged by Russia against Ukraine.
“There are no good Russians, bad Russians. Today they are all responsible. One hundred percent of Russia’s population is responsible for the war in Ukraine,” Head of the President’s Office Andriy Yermak said in Dmytro Komarov’s project “A Year. Behind scenes. President’s Office”, Ukrinform reports.

In my opinion, there is no longer any possible discussion on this aspect. The collective responsibility of the entire Russian population is irrefutable and an integral part of their history.
That a handful of Russian soldiers are fighting with Ukraine, or that dissidents like Kasparov are criticizing the Kremlin thousands of miles from Red Square does little to put the collective responsibility of this nation into perspective.
From there, they will have to follow this path of introspection, as post-Nazi Germany did.

I have no confidence in dissidents who relativize the extent of those responsible for this genocide or in paramilitaries like Nikitin who hold hateful speeches, not very far from those uttered by the dwarf of the Kremlin.
