Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the UN Serhiy Kyslytsya ironically commented on Russia’s result during the voting of a resolution in the UN General Assembly condemning illegal “referenda”.
He wrote about this on Twitter .
“Oh God! I can’t see! How many you say voted for Russia? 4? Wow!” Kislitsa wrote, adding a photo of him posing with binoculars.
