Wildberries logistics hub attacked again in Tambov region: a massive fire broke out

On the night of Wednesday, August 26, Ukrainian drones again attacked the Wildberries logistics center in Kotovsk , Tambov region of the Russian Federation. A massive fire broke out at the facility, covering an area of ​​about 108,000 square meters, which was visible for several kilometers.

Footage of the fire, which Russians shared online, was collected by the Exilenova+ channel. Hub employees began receiving messages that the facility’s operations had been suspended.

This complex is one of Wildberries’ key logistics facilities in Central Russia. It began operating in 2025 and, once fully operational, was to provide storage for up to 54 million units of goods.

“Given that as of the end of July, the company had already lost over 1 million m² of warehouse space, Wildberries physically has almost no free capacity left in Central Russia,” notes Exilenova+.

Local authorities have not yet commented on the situation in any way.

As a reminder: on the night of July 18, after explosions in the Tambov and Moscow regions, fires broke out at the logistics hubs of Wildberries, Russia’s largest marketplace. In Kotovsk, Tambov region, local authorities announced the deaths and dozens of injuries.

As OBOZ.UA previously reported, Ukraine has already hit 7 of the 10 largest logistics centers of the Russian marketplace Wildberries, which sold dual-use goods. On the night of August 16, the largest of them was hit – in Koledino, Moscow Region.
