Ukrainian FM Sybiha brought the Budapest Memorandum to NATO on its 30th anniversary: “This document failed to ensure Ukraine’s and transatlantic security.” Or GIVE BACK ALL NUKE WEAPON TO UKRAINE which they had before this agreement.
