“Why do you dehumanize your enemies?” Europe asks Ukrainians.
Here is a very good explanation from a book “Hemingway knows nothing” of Artur Dron’, a Ukrainian writer and a soldier. The book is written in Ukrainian, so I am giving the translation of an extract below.
I’ve been banned so many times for writing the same. Because the world prefers to keep eyes closed to avoid the pain of understanding…

Comment from :
Stanislav Filshtinskiy
The West prefers to live in delusion of peace – to preserve the sense of comfort.
Vladi Salnikov
Stanislav Filshtinskiy : unfortunately yes. But we are trying to awake. It is quite hard to explain europeans this matters, cause they just can’t imagine that. Curious enough, among the old Germans, who used to live in youth under the Nazi regime, I am getting a full understanding of these circumstances and clear sight on the modern ruzzia as on a truly fascist state. But, this generation is almost gone…and modern europeans forgot that war and don’t want to remember its lessons. An infantile look at the modern world, unfortunately very popular among us…

Have the courage of NOT TURNING AWAY
READ it
🇺🇦 This must never happen again.
Six-year-old Sofiika Fedkiv, her baby brother Ivanko, their mother, grandparents – an entire Ukrainian family – were shot by Russian soldiers while trying to flee the occupied village of Vesele in Kherson. The last bullet was fired into the infant, who was crying in fear.
Sofiika was a bright, talented child who loved to dance and read. She had named her baby brother herself and dreamed of dancing with him when he grew up. That dream was stolen – along with their livesby an act of terror.
This is not a tragedy. It is a #russian_war_crime.
❗️Russia must NEVER again be viewed as a partner while it continues to act as a terrorist state.
Normalising relations with #regimes that commit atrocities against civilians – especially children – undermines every principle of international law and human dignity.
We must remember Sofiika and Ivanko. We must speak their names.
And we must ensure that the world never turns away from such crimes again.

Note to civilisation.
Many, or even most of you in the west : you are on the wrong side of history. Look at the picture at the bottom of the 2nd article and explain why you are indifferent, or in some cases even pro-ruZZia?
