I would like to underline what would the “compromise” mean for Ukraine.

What would be some of the outcomes of leaving any territories to Russia? During large-scale war I have supported finding and bringing back deported children, talked to many war prisoners and their families, done more investigations than I would have ever liked to, so it is not “just an opinion in social media”.

Just to put it into perspective:
▪️ 1.5+ million of Ukrainian children will live under occupation. Many of then will be discriminated, all of them will be constant victims of Russian brainwash. They will receive Russian passports and attend Russian schools with propaganda of “holy war” and “Ukrainian nazis”.

▪️ And when the children will grow up, they will be recruited to the Russian army and sent to fight the next war, which will inevitably happen while Putin is in power and Russia is allowed to exit this war without real consequences.

▪️ Repressions in occupied territories will be even worse with significant resistance to everything Ukrainian and torture chambers for those that resist. Propaganda is part of daily life.

▪️ Russia will exploit all of the Ukrainian natural resources in occupied regions while destroying part of the ecology and environment.

▪️ Religious freedom will be abandoned and Ukrainan churches replaced with ally to Kremlin – Russian Orthodox Church.

▪️ Cultural heritage will be “russified”, what can be stolen and transferred to Russia, already has.

▪️ People will never know how tens of thousands of their loved ones died in Mariupol and other occupied cities and will not be able to bury them and visit their graves.

This will happen if any territories will be left to Russia.

Occupiers should never ever have even an inch of what is not his and face fair punishment for even trying.

  1. A shattering report.

So who is right on this issue?

    Jaanika Merilo?

    Or is Mike Waltz?

    This is Waltz’s take :

“Everybody knows that it has to end somehow diplomatically. I just don’t think it’s realistic to say that we’re going to expel every Russian off every inch of Ukrainian soil, even from Crimea. President Trump has acknowledged this reality,” Waltz emphasized.”

One of these people is a pig-ignorant muppet. The other isn’t. Unfortunately, the sensible one is from a tiny Baltic state and the muppet is from a superpower.

    What a fucked-up world.

  2. A comment from filmmaker DW Phillips :

    Yesterday Lavrov said:

“Russia is ready to discuss security guarantees for the country currently called Ukraine, or for the part of it that has not yet defined its status, unlike Crimea, Donbas”

    Today I said:

“As we look to the future, I remind the man currently called Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov, that he will be given the same security guarantees that all prisoners receive when they are tried for war crimes.”

“There is a movement afoot of lawyers and documentarians like myself to collect the data and prepare for what is an inescapable necessity – the future warcrime trials of Russians like Lavrov.”

    • Lavrov is able to speak with great confidence because he knows that a blizzard of ruZZia collaborators in the next US administration have already given Donbas and Crimea to putlerstan.

They are : Vance, Kellogg, Waltz, Musk, DT Jr, RFK Jr and Trump himself.
