Well, Konstantin thinks that mafia land can rebuild its army and to make it better and stronger. I simply cannot believe that, even for one second.
The main stumbling block is corruption. Mafia land’s foundation of power is corruption. Corruption is found from the very bottom to the very top and everywhere in between. To stand a chance of rebuilding a military from the ground up – which mafia land will have to do to make it better – you must combat this corruption first. Under putler, that’s impossible.
Another major problem is, who will do the rebuilding? There simply is no proper military competence anywhere in the third-world country to tackle this difficult job.
Then, there’s money. Mafia land has a lot less than it did three years ago, and things don’t look very rosy for the near to medium future, and also doubtful for the more distant future.
The project will take strong determination and decades of time.
If sanctions remain in place, then mafia land have a snowball in hell’s chance of rebuilding its military,
Even if not, I think things will never be the same again. At least most of the European energy business is gone forever. Mafia land will be a slave to china for quite some time.
