In the occupied Crimea, reservoirs are once again drying up. Over the past year, the amount of water in them has fallen below the average level. At the same time, on the peninsula, there are constant accidents with water pipes, burst pipes – and people sit without water for several days. Electricity is not good at all. At the height of the holiday season, the lights are turned off in Yalta, Feodosia, Yevpatoria, Saki and other coastal cities and towns.

There is no tap water on the peninsula
Tourists who have arrived in the occupied Crimea cannot get used to the fact that hot water is available for only 2-3 hours in the morning and in the evening, even in boarding houses. At other times, it happens that even cold water does not flow from the taps. And now they also started to turn off the lights.
“I’m just shocked, we arrived at the Pivdennoberezhny sanatorium in Alupka. We went to the sea, came back, and there is no hot water. It turns out that it is served here by the hour – two hours in the morning and two hours in the evening, and from 8:00 p.m. I was ready, I understood that the situation here is Soviet-style. But the fact that there is no hot water, no one talked about it,” the Russian woman is indignant.

Residents of Yevpatoria and neighboring villages suffer the most from the lack of water. During the ten years of occupation, the so-called authorities did nothing with the city’s water supply. As a result, lately there has been accident after accident. In the spring, residents of Yevpatoria were left without water for a whole week. We had to haul water with buckets from water trucks.
“Even after they repaired this water supply, the water that comes to the apartments is dirty, rusty or some kind of green with a disgusting smell, and tastes salty. It seems that it is not even cleaned. You can use it only for the bathroom. For drinking or cooking food, we have to order bottled water,” laments Evgeniya Oleksandrivna, a resident of Yevpatoria.
According to the woman, in many houses water does not reach the upper floors, people have to get up at night or early in the morning to fill buckets with water for the whole day.
But this is not the case only in Yevpatoria. Recently, accidents have occurred in Simferopol, Sevastopol, Bakhchisarai, Dzhankoy, Lenin, Feodosia, Krasnoperekop districts.
Crimeans react very painfully to such accidents and water cuts. They write angry comments on the Krymvoda page on the VKontakte social network (banned in Ukraine). Yes, there has been no water in Krasnoperekopsk for a week in such heat. Residents were promised that the repair of the 300-meter long water pipeline is about to be completed.
Residents of Feodosia and the same long-suffering Yevpatoria complain.
Lights Turned off for 6 hours
And now in Crimea, even fan power outages have started. “Vlada” refers to the accident at the power plant in Rostov-on-Don.
The list of settlements, where the light is turned off from 2 to 6 hours, is very long. Among them are such cities and towns as Kerch, Yalta, Feodosia, Alushta, Sudak, Yevpatoria, Myrnyi, Popivka, Uglove, Pionerske and many others.
“This is vandalism, people, we are writing collective letters!”, “Due to the power outage, there is no water even in this heat!”, “You are obliged to pay us for the inconvenience caused”, “And we have not tried the money that is given for repairs and the restoration of the electricity supply, let it be as intended, and not mock the people”, “And what to breathe? In such heat, to be left without an air conditioner and a fan”, – murmured the locals.

There are also harsher expressions: “The fact that you clapped your ears all year, couldn’t prepare, their abnormal heat scared you, and last year, the year before last, it didn’t scare you? We need to drive you by the neck, you scumbags and scumbags…”
There is again a shortage of water in Crimea
This year in Crimea, the indicator of water volumes in reservoirs has already fallen below the average. This indicates that the peninsula is already in the zone of water shortage. If in 2022, when the Russians started a full-scale war in Ukraine, the volume of water in reservoirs was 230 million cubic meters. m, then this year – already 176 million. For comparison: in 2021, when there was a drought in Crimea, this figure was only 138 million cubic meters. m.

All because of the crime of the Russians – they blew up the Kakhovskaya HPP dam and left the peninsula without Dnipro water.
And if in 2022 the occupiers dreamed that they would start growing rice on the peninsula, now people have nothing to even water their gardens.
“There is such a drought this year, there is not enough water. The Russians forbid new wells to be dug, because they themselves dig on their military bases, they are afraid that they will not have enough. Everything has dried up in the villages of the people who live in the depths of the peninsula,” laments a resident of Krasnoperekopsky district

Probably, next year (according to forecasts of forecasters), the Crimeans will again experience a drought, as in 2026, and environmental problems. You can already see how water is leaving the shores of the Taigansky and Biloghirsky reservoirs. Water is released to fill the North Crimean Canal, which supplies the entire peninsula.
This canal has long been without Dnieper water after the explosion of the Kakhovskaya HPP. It is filled with water from reservoirs, and spring waters also flow there. Since the winter had little snow and the summer was hot, there is not enough water there.

Things will only get worse. The brainless cockroaches blew up the dam last year, and now the peninsula must suffer for it.
“This is vandalism, people, we are writing collective letters!”, “Due to the power outage, there is no water even in this heat!”, “You are obliged to pay us for the inconvenience caused”
These russians are living in a dream world. Do they really think anyone gives a fuck about them? If the orcs were so concerned about Crimea they wouldn’t have blown the dam.
Their brainwashing went quite deep. I wonder what detergent the mafiosi used.
Ukraine said they would make the place uninhabitable. It appears they are succeeding
Well here we are then, back where we were when the ussr off loaded Crimea onto Ukraine because it was a wasteland.
Funny how everything they have turns into a wasteland.
