‼️ “In the near future, there will be a difficult situation not only in the Avdiivka region, but in particular in the south, and there is also a great threat in the north – in the Kharkiv region and Kupyansk region” — Deputy Commander of the 3rd Assault Brigade, Major ZSU Maksym Zhorin in an interview with Radio NV…
We must realize and understand that we must prepare for extremely difficult, difficult battles. And the russians have been preparing for this all this time. They prepared reserves, prepared forces, prepared equipment, BC, meat – they prepared all this. And they prepared. Now it’s time for them to put it all to work on the battlefield.
According to NYT…
The most dangerous situation since the beginning of the war: the Russian Federation is advancing in 5 directions at once.
▪️These are the Avdiiv, Mar’in, Robotyn, Kremin and Bakhmut directions;
▪️ the Russian Federation is trying to return the territories that the Armed Forces of Ukraine liberated during counteroffensives in 2022 and 2023;
▪️The capture of Avdiivka is the first significant victory of the Russian army since May 2023, when they captured Bakhmut;
▪️ Russia has accumulated up to 40,000 troops in the Mariupol region for an assault and about 110,000 in the Kupyansk and Lyman areas;
▪️Ukraine’s attempts to capture the flanks around Bakhmut have stalled. The initiative passed to the Russian Federation.

The question is not rhetorical and we are all concerned considering the republicans guilty reluctance to give Ukraine the tools needed and the impotence of Europeans partner ( I’m not not considering the factory that is going to be built in Germany by Rheinmetal with a production 6 digits, announcements for the press).
At this moment, the katsaps have been pelting Orikhov/Robotine with KABs, one after the other, for an hour.
They try to storm, but the Armed Forces use a large number of drones and offer organized resistance.
✅From our guys in Rabotino
“On the attack on Rabotino. In short. After lunch, the RuZs decided to try their luck with about 6 armored vehicles.
It didn’t work out and they didn’t achieve success. One tank ran into a mine, the second one lost its track, the rest managed to get away. Those who did not die surrendered. No one gave up our positions. No one covered the nuts with pigs.
Nothing new, but there are two points.
1. What the hell was that?
Attack after lunch, it will soon be dark. What were you hoping for?
The attack was on a clear, windless day, visible from kilometers away from the UAV.
Stupid reconnaissance in force?
2. Yes, they are pulling forces here, a lot. Arta and MLRS around the clock + whenever. The fight will be fierce, but we are ready for it.”
In general the entire front from Gulyaipol to Vasylivka was mobilized.
Video from the Zaporozhye region…”
It’s no longer a warning or a serious situation. These are the beginnings of collapse. We must say the true things or politicians will continue to remain blind, hands in their pockets, passing the responsibilities on to each other.
Things could speed up. The inaction of the Capitol for almost another month (they are not going to act or start doing nothing again before mid-March) gives Moscow free rein.
The question that haunts Ukrainian soldiers is (this was reported by elected representatives of Congress visiting Ukraine): “but what is Congress doing? Is it abandoning us?”
This is an intolerable situation! I can’t believe the Congress will let something like this happen… We must support Ukraine at all costs.
A vibrant tribute from a US military veteran in Avdiivka to the courage of the Ukrainians and a powerful plea for the renewal of aid to Ukraine by Congress.
The military seems to be the most sensible people, the most in tune with the reality of things. Let’s listen to them!
“We must realize and understand that we must prepare for extremely difficult, difficult battles.”
Who doesn’t “realize and understand” and understand this in the overstressed armed forces of Ukraine? The problem is the lack of reinforcements plus the shortage of ammunition! And Zelensky still hasn’t mobilized new recruits. He can’t magically create shells, sure, but at least he should do his job and bring army units back to strength. What is he waiting for? Better poll ratings?
