According to the Minister of Health, the toxicology department was hit.

Russian occupiers attacked the toxicology department of the Okhmatdet children’s hospital, where seriously ill children were undergoing dialysis; surgeries were ongoing at the medical facility at the time of the shelling. This was reported on air by Health Minister Viktor Lyashko.

According to him, all patients who were in operating rooms and intensive care units were saved.

“We calmly lower them down and, in coordination with the Kyiv Emergency Medical Service, transport the children. The priority is those who are on artificial ventilation, who need oxygen assistance, or who cannot live without electricity,” Lyashko specified.

At the same time, he noted that the number of wounded is constantly changing, and the evacuation of patients is currently ongoing, in particular those from intensive care, since there is no electricity, water or oxygen there.

“The liquidation of the consequences of the emergency situation has now been organized. … We will understand after a certain period of time who was evacuated by the ambulance and who could potentially be under the rubble. The heads of each department are working. The operational headquarters is working, we will report everything. The main thing is not to panic and help save as many lives as possible,” Lyashko emphasized.

He specified that among the victims there are doctors from Okhmatdet, and they are receiving assistance.

“The main task is to save lives. Then specialists will look at what can be preserved. We have a network of all hospitals that are ready to free up certain intensive care beds so that doctors can work in other institutions if they cannot work here,” the official summed up.

  1. I’ve been watching the US media to see what coverage about these attacks was reported. At best, it seems to be an afterthought. There’s no outrage no condemnation. Where is this world heading with such acquiescence to these horrible crimes.

    • These are truly awful atrocities, committed by depraved savages.
This time, there MUST be a coordinated response that really hurts the putinaZi devils.

An extract from a message I received earlier from a friend in Kyiv:

      “Today is an awful day…

russians hit the biggest children hospital in Ukraine. Already reported 9 persons killed, 33 injured….

Is there any limits? No, russian fascists have no limits…”
