“We don’t need anything foreign in the sky”: Russia releases cynical video after Aktau crash

Russians have made a commercial showing Russian air defense shooting down Santa Claus in the skies above the Kremlin.

The video appeared online shortly after the crash of an Azerbaijan Airlines Embraer E190 plane in Kazakhstan, which the Russian Federation is accused of shooting down.

In the video, an English-speaking Santa flies over Russia with rockets in his sleigh and tells Russians that he has brought “presents” for them. He is then shot down by a rocket. Viewers then see a Russian Father Frost telling a soldier: “That’s right. We don’t need anything foreign in our skies.”
