US Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated that America is concerned about repeated instances of Ukraine, possibly unintentionally, attacking US-linked vessels. Rubio made this statement on Fox News .
In particular, the Secretary of State commented on US President Donald Trump’s concerns about rising global oil prices.
As Rubio said, this presents a dilemma for three reasons.
“Most of the oil price increases you’ve seen in the last few weeks—which have now stabilized—are linked to the Black Sea, Ukraine, and Russia, as well as Yemen and the Houthis,” Rubio emphasized.
