The occupiers also attacked the center of Odessa, there are wounded.
In the city of Chornomorsk, located near Odessa , water has disappeared due to a Russian attack. This was reported by the acting mayor and secretary of the Chornomorsk City Council, Olena Sholar.

“The water supply in the city has been cut off due to enemy shelling… Dear residents, stock up on water, please!” she stressed.

According to her, at this time it is being determined how complicated the situation is and how long the recovery will take. Pump rooms are operating in the city, added Sholar. She emphasizes that for the past 2 weeks, the Black Sea community has been suffering from Russian missile and drone strikes almost every day, which is why civilians are suffering.
Later, the Odessa Regional Emergency Management Agency confirmed that a water supply network failure occurred in Chornomorsk as a result of an enemy attack. Currently, experts are assessing the extent of the damage and determining the time for restoring water supply. They promise to announce in the near future how water supply will be ensured to residents during the emergency work.

Odesa today
As an UNIAN correspondent reports, explosions were also heard in Odessa today, July 21, during an air raid alert. According to monitoring channels, Russia struck Odessa and the Odessa region with drones and missiles.
As reported by the head of the Odessa Regional Military Administration, Oleg Kiper, the enemy carried out a combined missile and drone attack on the region. In particular, in the center of Odessa, civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged: the facade and glazing of a four-story residential building and adjacent buildings. Cars parked nearby were also damaged.
A 17-year-old boy and a 23-year-old girl were injured in the city center. In addition, a private residential building was damaged by a blast wave from a rocket strike in the Odessa district. Information on the consequences of the attack and the number of victims in the hit areas is being clarified.
Deputy Head of the Odessa City Military Administration Serhiy Krasylenko said that the Russians opened fire in the afternoon, in the middle of the working day, just along one of the central streets of the regional center. Two people were sent to the hospital: a girl who was wounded in the leg, and a boy with shrapnel wounds to his back. The third victim was given assistance on the spot. He said that he managed to fall to the asphalt, otherwise “he would have been torn to pieces.”
The video released by the MVA shows the destruction caused by the occupiers. It is clear that this happened in the historical center, near the Taras Shevchenko Central Park of Culture and Recreation.
