Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic says Kremlin ruler Putin will not hesitate to use nuclear weapons if all other options are exhausted.

As the Serbian newspaper Blic writes , in his address to the nation the politician said that the threat of a nuclear conflict has never been greater than it is now. He also called Serbia’s policy towards a full-scale war in Ukraine the most serious and responsible.

“It is important that we talk about peace, about a truce, because this only leads us to a global catastrophe. If there are 10 steps to a catastrophe, we have already overcome 9. Today, the Bryansk region was shelled with missiles, and strikes with Russian ammunition will continue. Each subsequent step leads us to a nuclear conflict,” Vucic said.

The Serbian president also said the West was wrong to think Putin was bluffing about the possibility of a nuclear strike. He said the Kremlin ruler “is known to few as he is”:

“They say about him that he threatens with an ’empty gun.’ If the security of Moscow and its troops is threatened, if there is no way out, I tell you in advance, he will not hesitate for an hour.”

Putin’s Nuclear Threats

As is well known, the Kremlin has systematically used threats to use nuclear weapons when it wanted to prevent Ukraine’s Western partners from agreeing to provide it with various weapons systems.

This week, the Ukrainian Armed Forces received permission to strike Russian territory with Western weapons, and on November 19, Putin signed a decree that changes the conditions for launching nuclear strikes against other countries.

Already today, the occupiers fired an intercontinental ballistic missile at the Dnieper . Putin said that such strikes will continue and may also be carried out on the facilities of Ukraine’s partners.
