US Special Representative for Ukraine Negotiations Kurt Volker said that representatives of the United States, Germany, and France are planning to hold “Normandy format” consultations at the beginning of next week, reports Voice of America.
Volker noted that he is in close contact with European partners on this issue.
The Joint Operation Command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported on August 10 that one Ukrainian military was killed and another was wounded because of the military activity in the Donbas.
After the death of four Ukrainian soldiers in the Donbas on August 6, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky called the President of Russia Vladimir Putin and asked him ” to influence the other side.” The press service of Zelensky reported that the parties also discussed the need to hold a meeting in the Normandy format with the participation of the heads of four countries – Ukraine, Russia, Germany, and France.

So Zelensky asks Hitler 2.0 to use his influence on his own troops while telling the Ukrainian military to back up and shut down forward operating bases. Capitulation will not stop this war it will just make it worse. The Horde will only advance in the face of weakness.

Looks about right to me. A day or two past its “best before date”.
If Zel hasn’t realised yet that the Franco-German scum alliance is concerned only with its own squalid interests, he never will. And Volker should know better by now that he will get nothing from conscience-free putler quisling states.
Seems it’s all a show. Wining, dining and declining. We have no Ronny as POTUS.
IMO, this format should include ALL of Moskovia’s western neighbors including Georgia. France and Germany can come but they should remember they have two ears and only one mouth so they should be in listening mode.
Volker would get more intelligence and common sense back, speaking to the light standard across the street, than speaking with the Frogs and Sauerkrautes!
