Valdai residents failed to notice the “hundreds of drones” that allegedly attacked Putin’s residence.

The region received no air raid warnings.

Residents of Russia’s Novgorod region, home to Russian dictator Vladimir Putin’s residence, have not heard drones or explosions in recent nights. No air raid alerts have been issued in the region, either. This further evidence suggests that Lavrov’s story about 91 Ukrainian drones attacking Putin’s “Long Beards” residence in Valdai was a fabrication, according to the Russian opposition media outlet “We Can Explain .  “

Putin’s residence, “Dolgie Borody,” is located northeast of the city of Valdai, home to up to 14,000 people. Lake Valdai separates the city and the residence.

The publication interviewed local residents. None of them “received text messages about the drone threat, and Valdai residents did not hear the characteristic drone sounds or explosions from their downing.” One resident said the town had heard nothing about the alleged “mass attack.” It was not discussed in local chats.

As the journalists noted, if a mass attack had indeed occurred, many city residents would have heard it. Moreover, the authors noted, news spreads quickly among residents. Furthermore, residents always know when Putin is at the residence, as he is brought in by helicopter.

  1. No explosions were heard by the locals. There were no air alerts. But Trump will phone today tell Zelensky that he must stop attacking his friend Putin.

  2. Those crafty Ukrainians, invisible stealth drones, noiseless, they stole the Hobbit’s ring, so crafty!

    • Well, he sided with putler over his own intelligence community on ruSSia’s interference in the 2016 election, so I think it’s safe to assume he’ll continue to side with his Vladi-daddy.
