Johnson expressed confidence that US President Donald Trump is “the brute force” that can end the war.

US House of Representatives Speaker Mike Johnson said the US has “no appetite” for a new bill on funding for Ukraine , Reuters reports .

“We have no appetite for that,” Johnson told Newsmax when asked whether the U.S. would approve another Ukraine funding bill if the war continued.

He addressed this question to the audience, who chanted in unison: “No.”

Johnson also stressed that the war must be ended.

“We have to see this through. And I can tell you that our European allies understand that need too. It has gone on for too long,” Johnson said.

He also expressed confidence that US President Donald Trump “is the brute force” that can end the war.

Johnson also said Trump needed space to broker an end to the war in Ukraine and said Zelensky’s “complaints” that Ukraine had not been invited to a meeting in Saudi Arabia were “misplaced”.

“I mean, Trump is trying to… create the conditions for real negotiations, and we have to let him do what he does,” the House speaker said.

  1. A couple billion are still available from the PDA. Does this worthless soth even have an ounce of integrity or decency left in his dark corrupted soul? Why should Ukraine agree to give it’s resources for absolutely ZERO support.😠
