I find that to be recklessly over-optimistic. What we know so far is the exact opposite. I don’t know what the allies will do.
One way to ensure that putler doesn’t use that option is to assure him of the absolute inevitability of his defeat and spell out what will happen to him, his family, his lackeys and his “citizens.”
