“Representatives of France and Norway in the UN claimed their support of Ukraine’s territorial integrity, and asked Russia to respect Minsk agreements.”
Why would Russia respect the Minsk agreement, they never respected any previous agreements? Especially as they know the Useless Nations are just as inept as PACE, the OSCE and the EU.
