The United Nations General Assembly adopted an updated resolution, named Situation of human rights in the temporarily occupied Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, Ukraine, on 17 December.

Details: The UN General Assembly resolution on human rights in occupied Crimea was supported by 81 countries, with 80 abstaining.
Fourteen countries voted against the document, including Belarus, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Eritrea, Iran, China, Cuba, Mali, Nicaragua, Niger, North Korea, Russia, Sudan and Zimbabwe.

He added that the international community firmly supports Ukraine and international law, stressing that global support for Ukraine “remains unwavering”.
Background: Since 2016, the UN General Assembly has annually adopted resolutions titled Situation of human rights in the temporarily occupied Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, Ukraine, regularly adding new provisions.

I hope Ukraine are taking notes on these countries that support the russian human rights violations, and the spineless countries abstaining.
Who gives a shit?
Seeing the number of countries abstaining and voting against, this was not a shining day for humanity. We have to admit that this planet is still largely occupied by primitive primates.
