Ukrzaliznytsia reported that the overhaul of the railway track between Vasylkiv and Vasylkiv-2 stations has reached the final stage.
It is noted that JSC UZ is carrying out major repairs and electrifying 11 kilometers of tracks between the town of Vasylkiv and the village of Kalynivka, where the station Vasylkiv-1 is located.
“We are building a passenger platform at Vasylkiv-2 station and are conducting electrification work,” the company said in a statement.
The company also stressed that the creation of a seamless track and overhaul of the railway crossing at Vasylkiv-2 station, as well as the reconstruction of the Zdorivka platform are ahead.
It will be recalled that earlier we reported that on November 4, 2021, Ukrzaliznytsia completed the construction and electrification of the Black Sea-Berehovo railway section.
