On the night of March 22, explosions rocked the Samara region of the Russian Federation . This time, the target of the UAV attack was the explosives production enterprise Promsintez in Chapayevsk.
According to local officials, all the drones were allegedly destroyed by air defenses. This is reported by Russian propaganda media.
Local residents complained that the explosions occurred around 4:00 a.m. The Russian Federation admitted that an attack had been carried out on one of the industrial enterprises in Chapayevsk.
Samara Region Governor Vyacheslav Fedorishchev said there were no injuries or damage from the drone attack, adding that one UAV was destroyed over the region.

Joint-Stock Company “Promsintez” is one of the main producers of industrial explosives in Russia. The enterprise produces sulfuric and nitric acid, ammonite, gramonite and other types of explosives.


As a reminder, ammunition depots were damaged as a result of an attack by the Security Service of Ukraine and the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces on the Engels-2 airfield in the Saratov region of Russia . Satellite footage from March 21 shows destroyed buildings and craters formed by explosions.
It was previously reported that a fire is ongoing at the Kavkazskaya oil transshipment point in the Krasnodar Territory of the Russian Federation. New tanks have exploded there: flames and black smoke rising from the fire site can be seen from afar.
