In Ukraine, over the past 24 hours, Russian troops have carried out dozens of attacks on positions of the Defense Forces, as well as on peaceful cities and towns of the state. Currently, the hottest battles are ongoing in several directions at once, and border areas are under constant shelling.
However, the Ukrainian military continues to restrain the offensive and inflict losses on the enemy. The situation on the front line was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Summary for July 2, 2026
According to the General Staff, as of 4:00 p.m., since the beginning of the day, the occupiers have attacked Ukrainian positions 85 times, and some of the clashes are ongoing.
Borderlands
The Russians continue to shell border areas. In Sumy region, Korenyok, Ryzhivka, Tovstodubovye and Kysla Dubyna came under fire, and in Chernihiv region – Klyusy and Leonivka. The enemy also carried out air strikes on the areas of the settlements of Godunivka, Hirky and Vilna Sloboda.
North-Slobozhansky and Kursk directions
Four combat clashes took place. At the same time, the occupiers carried out 25 artillery attacks on Ukrainian military positions and settlements.
South Slobozhansky direction
In this area, the enemy tried 11 times to break through the defenses of Ukrainian units near Izbitsky, Starytsia and in the direction of Symynivka and Khatnye. One battle is ongoing.
Limansky direction
Ukrainian military repelled three attacks near Dibrova, Lyman, and in the direction of Novoselivka. Two more clashes are ongoing as of the time of publication.
Slavic direction
Russian troops have attempted to advance 22 times near Zakitne and towards Kryvaya Luka and Rai-Oleksandrivka. Two clashes are still ongoing.
Konstantinovka direction
Ukrainian defenders repelled eight attacks near Ivano-Frankivsk, Illinivka, and in the direction of Kostyantynivka and Raiske.
Pokrovsky direction
Since the beginning of the day, 19 attempts to storm Ukrainian positions have been recorded in the areas of Rodynske, Dorozny, Udachny, Kotlyne and in the direction of Kucherovy Yar, Vilny, Bilytsky, Svetly and Hryshyn. Two clashes are still ongoing.
Oleksandrivskyi direction
The occupiers carried out two assaults. One attack was repelled by the Ukrainian military near Ternovoye, and another battle is ongoing in the direction of Yehorivka.
Hulyaipil direction
Enemy forces attacked Ukrainian positions 19 times in the areas of Rybne, Hulyaipil’, Charivne and in the direction of Dobropil’, Rizdvyanka, Kopaniv, Shyroki, Tsvitkiv, and Novoselivka. Five more clashes are ongoing on this front.
Kupyansky, Kramatorsk, Orikhiv and Prydniprovsk directions
At the same time, no offensive attempts by Russian troops were recorded in a number of directions. In other areas of the front, there were no significant changes in the operational situation either.
Summary for July 1, 2026
As of 10:00 p.m., the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine recorded 210 combat clashes.
The aggressor carried out two missile strikes (using two missiles), 53 air strikes using 158 guided bombs, used 6,667 kamikaze drones for strikes, and carried out 2,150 shelling of the positions of our troops and settlements.
Border zone and Sumy region
Artillery shelling of border areas continues. Today, the settlements of Neskuchne, Sopych, Kozache, Tovstodubovo, Korenyoks, Volfyne, Hirky, Bunyakyne, Mala Slobidka, Bezsalivka, Potapivka, Ulanov in Sumy region were hit; in Chernihiv region, Kovpynka was hit. Luzhky and Korenyoks were hit by airstrikes.
North-Slobozhansky and Kursk directions
On these sections of the front, the enemy carried out 41 attacks on settlements and positions of our troops, six of which involved the use of multiple launch rocket systems.
South Slobozhansky direction
Today, the invaders stormed the positions of our units 13 times in the direction of Ternova, Chaykivka, Shevyakivka, Zarubinka, Khatne, and in the areas of Lyman, Starytsia, and Artilne.
Kupyansk direction
Today, the enemy did not conduct offensive actions.
Limansky direction
Ukrainian soldiers repelled six attempts by the invaders to advance in the area of Novoselivka and towards the settlements of Stavky, Ozerne, and Lyman. Another clash is ongoing.
Slavic direction
The defense forces successfully repelled 22 enemy attacks towards the settlements of Kryva Luka, Rai-Oleksandrivka, and in the Riznykivka area. One clash is still ongoing.
Kramatorsk direction
Russian invaders carried out three attacks in the direction of Tikhonivka, Mykolaivka, and in the area of Chasovy Yar.
Konstantinovka direction
Our defenders repelled 17 enemy assaults in the areas of the settlements of Novodmytrivka, Kostyantynivka, Illinivka, Stepanivka, and in the direction of Raiske.
Pokrovsky direction
Since the beginning of the day, the invaders have tried 23 times to push our soldiers out of the positions they occupied in the areas of the settlements of Rodynske, Novooleksandrivka, Vasylivka, Novomykolaivka, Molodetske, Udachne and towards the settlements of Toretske, Novy Donbas, Bilytske, Shevchenko, Serhiivka, Novogrishyne, Novopavlivka.
According to preliminary estimates, 22 occupiers were eliminated here today and 21 were wounded; an ammunition depot, a fuel depot, four vehicles and three special enemy vehicles were destroyed. Four vehicles, two special vehicles, one armored combat vehicle, and a UAV control point were damaged. 286 unmanned aerial vehicles of various types were destroyed or suppressed.
Gulyaipil direction
The defense forces successfully repelled 16 enemy attacks in the Dobropillya area and towards the settlements of Girke, Rivne, Krynychne, Hulyaipilske, and Charivne. Another clash is still ongoing.
Oleksandrivskyi direction
On this section of the front, the enemy attacked four times in the areas of the settlements of Sichneve and Zlagoda.
Orikhiv and Prydniprovsk directions
The enemy has not yet conducted any offensive actions on these front lines. There are currently no significant changes in the situation in other areas. No attempts by the enemy to advance have been recorded.
Summary for June 30, 2026
As of 23:00, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine recorded 51 enemy air strikes; the enemy dropped 163 guided bombs on the positions of the Defense Forces and Ukrainian cities. In addition, the Russians used 6,097 kamikaze drones to destroy them and carried out 2,200 attacks on settlements and positions of our troops.
In total, 203 combat clashes have occurred since the beginning of this day.
Border zone and Sumy region
Artillery shelling of border areas continues. Today, the settlements of Neskuchne, Sopych, Korenyok, Volfyne, Potapivka, Hirky, Ulanov, Bachivsk were hit in Sumy Oblast. Luzhky and Sumy were hit by airstrikes.
North-Slobozhansky and Kursk directions
Five combat clashes took place on these front lines, of which “four (as of 11 p.m.) are still ongoing.” The enemy carried out 51 attacks on settlements and positions of our troops, two of which involved the use of multiple launch rocket systems.
South Slobozhansky direction
Today, the invaders stormed the positions of our units five times in the direction of Malaya Vovcha, Khatne, and in the area of Staritsa and Artilne.
Kupyansk direction
The enemy carried out four assaults on the positions of the Defense Forces in the areas of the settlements of Kolisnykivka, Borivska Andriivka and towards Petropavlivka and Kivsharivka.
Limansky direction
Ukrainian soldiers repelled six attempts by the invaders to advance towards the settlements of Stavky, Lyman, and Ozerne.
Slavic direction
Defense forces in the direction successfully repelled 19 attempts by the invaders to advance towards the settlements of Kryva Luka, Ozerne, Rai-Oleksandrivka and in the Riznykivka area. Two more clashes are ongoing.
Kramatorsk direction
One clash is ongoing in this direction in the Malynivka area.
Konstantinovka direction
Our defenders in the direction repelled 19 enemy assaults in the areas of the settlements of Ivano-Frankivsk, Kostyantynivka, Illinivka, Stepanivka, and Sofiivka (two more clashes are ongoing).
Pokrovsky direction
Since the beginning of the day, the invaders have carried out 25 attacks in the Pokrovsky direction. The invaders tried to advance in the areas of the settlements of Hryshyne, Novomykolaivka, Nykanorivka, Novooleksandrivka, Shevchenko, Udachne and towards Serhiivka and Bilytsky.
According to preliminary estimates, 38 occupiers were eliminated and 10 were wounded in the past 24 hours ; an ammunition depot, one unit of enemy vehicles and one unit of special equipment were destroyed . Three artillery systems and two units of enemy vehicles were damaged. 152 unmanned aerial vehicles of various types were destroyed or suppressed .
Oleksandrivskyi direction
It is known that the enemy attacked four times in the areas of the settlements of Piddubne, Ternove, and Kalynivske.
Gulyaipil direction
Defense forces successfully repelled 14 enemy attacks towards the settlements of Kosivtsevo, Dobropillya, Vozdvizhivka, Staroukrainka, Tsvitkove, and Charivne. Another clash is still ongoing.
Orikhiv and Prydniprovsk directions
The enemy did not conduct offensive operations on these sections of the front.
There are currently no significant changes in the situation in other areas. No enemy attempts to advance have been recorded.
Summary for June 29
Ukrainian troops are exhausting the enemy along the entire front line and in the rear.
The General Staff report for the 29th noted that the most intense fighting was continuing in the Pokrovsky direction, where the occupiers attacked Ukrainian positions 22 times, trying to advance in the areas of the settlements of Sofiivka, Vilne, Hannivka, Shevchenko, Rodynske, Bilytske, Novooleksandrivka, Serhiivka, Udachne, Bilyakivka, Novopavlivka, and Bilyakivka.
Here, 29 occupiers were eliminated and eleven were wounded; three units of enemy vehicles and two units of special equipment were destroyed. One artillery system and two units of enemy vehicles were damaged. 316 unmanned aerial vehicles of various types were destroyed or suppressed.
In the Slavyansk direction, the Defense Forces successfully stopped nineteen attempts by the invaders to advance near Riznykovka, Zakitne and towards Rai-Oleksandrivka, Kryvaya Luka. Three clashes are ongoing.
In the Hulyaipil direction, the Ukrainian military successfully repelled 21 attacks by the invaders in the areas of the settlements of Kopany, Pryvilne, Rivne, Verkhnia Tersa, Tsvitkove, Charivne, Novoselivka, and Hulyaipilske, and another clash is ongoing.
In the Kostyantynivka direction, the invaders carried out 12 attacks in the direction of the settlements of Ivano-Frankivsk, Kostyantynivka, and Mykolaivka, and two more clashes are ongoing.
In the South Slobozhansk direction, the enemy stormed the positions of our units eleven times near Vovchansk, Synelnykovye, Lyman, Starytsia, Okhrimivka, Vovchanskiye Khutory, Shevyakivka, and Khatnye. Two clashes are still ongoing.
Five combat clashes took place in the North Slobozhansk and Kursk directions, four of which are still ongoing. The enemy carried out 54 attacks on settlements and positions of our troops, four of which were carried out using multiple launch rocket systems.
In the Lyman direction, the Ukrainian military repelled seven attempts by the invaders to advance in the areas of Novomykhaylivka, Novoselivka, Drobysheve, and Lyman.
In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy twice stormed the positions of our defenders in the Shcherbaky and Bilogirye areas.
In the Kupyansk direction today, the enemy carried out one assault on the positions of the Defense Forces in the direction of Kivsharivka.
At the same time, no enemy attempts to advance were recorded in the Kramatorsk, Oleksandrivsk, and Prydniprovsk directions.
We would like to remind you that despite the positive news from the front, Ukraine still faces a number of critical technological problems that significantly affect the course of hostilities. Currently, there are several key areas where the Armed Forces of Ukraine need urgent solutions.
OBOZ.UA also reported that earlier, the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov emphasized that Ukraine continues to work on creating its own ballistic weapons, which in the future may become one of the key factors in deterring Russia. The Ministry of Defense is convinced that the appearance of Ukrainian ballistic missiles will have not only military, but also geopolitical significance for the state.
