The Ukrainian Defense Forces have recently advanced in the areas of Sloviansk and Hulyaipol, as well as in the Kostyantynivka-Druzhkivka tactical area. In turn, the occupiers have also had partial success in the areas of Pokrovsk, Hulyaipol, and in the Kostyantynivka-Druzhkivka tactical area.
Small Russian infantry groups are trying to penetrate the defenses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in order to attack from the rear, according to an analysis by the Institute for the Study of War.
The situation in Donbas
Ukrainian military observer Kostyantyn Mashovets reported on February 4 that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are maintaining positions on the western and southeastern outskirts of Zakytne (northeast of Sloviansk) . The expert stated that Ukrainian forces are also maintaining positions in Svyato-Pokrovsky (east of Sloviansk) and that Russian forces are trying to advance through the settlement to Riznykivka (west of Svyato-Pokrovsky), indicating that Ukrainian forces are maintaining positions in the western part of Svyato-Pokrovsky and in Riznykivka.
Geolocation videos released on February 3 indicate that Ukrainian forces have recently advanced along the T-0401 Hulyaipole-Pologi highway south of Hulyaipole. Geolocation videos released on January 14, 16, and 31, as well as February 4, show Russian infiltration operations into Svyatopetrivka (northwest of Hulyaipole) and Starukrainka (west of Hulyaipole), and geolocation videos released on January 31 and February 1 show Ukrainian forces striking Russian positions along the C-080606 Hulyaipole-Pryluky highway.
Geo-tagged videos released on February 3 show that Ukrainian forces have recently advanced into central Ivano-Frankivsk (southeast of Kostyantynivka). For their part, Russian forces captured Minkivka (northeast of Kostyantynivka) earlier, indicating that Russian forces likely also captured Orikhove-Vasylivka (southeast of Minkivka).
Russian forces attacked near and within Kostyantynivka itself ; northeast of Kostyantynivka near Mynkivka; east of Kostyantynivka near Predtechyny; southeast of Kostyantynivka in the area of Shcherbynivka, Pleshchivka, and Ivanopillya; south of Kostyantynivka in the area of Kleban-Byka; and southwest of Druzhkivka in the area of Sofiivka and Novopavlivka and towards Pavlivka.
As a reminder, the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to strike at Russian invaders’ facilities in the temporarily occupied territories of our country. Among the targets hit on the night of February 1 were an enemy repair base, UAV control points, and several locations where the occupation army’s manpower was concentrated.
As OBOZ.UA reported, the Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled an attempt to storm the settlement of Hryshyne in the Donetsk region, inflicting significant losses on the enemy in equipment and manpower. Russian troops tried to break through the defense with the help of three units of armored vehicles.
The only things that the near-skeleton ghouls have going for them are numbers, but sometimes not even that is enough.

That startled me a bit at first. The Ivano-Frankivsk that I know is in western Ukraine, far from the front line.
I think we can be rest assured that mafia land will never reach Ivano-Frankivsk. The town they are talking about maybe Ivanopillia which is in the direction stated.
The shitehole’s population isn’t big enough to make it that far.
