The Defense Forces of Ukraine used domestically developed weapons to strike enemy targets in Russia’s Moscow region.

According to Ukrinform, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Facebook.
Ukrainian forces carried out a series of strikes on important Russian facilities on May 16 and overnight into May 17.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated that Ukrainian-developed systems were used to hit targets in the Moscow region, including RS-1 “Bars”, FP-1 “Firepoint”, and BARS-SM “Gladiator”.
The General Staff thanked units involved in the operation, including the 412th Separate Unmanned Systems Brigade, the 107th Rocket Artillery Brigade, the 19th Missile Brigade “Saint Varvara”, the 1st Separate Center of Unmanned Systems, and other units of Ukraine’s Defense and Security Forces.
In particular, the “Angstrem” enterprise in Zelenograd, Moscow region, was struck. The facility specializes in high-tech production and microchips used for precision weapons. A fire was reported at the site.
The enterprise is considered an important part of Russia’s military-industrial complex, involved in producing microelectronics, radio electronics, optical systems, and robotics for military use.
In addition, the “Solnechnogorskaya” pumping station in the Moscow region was hit. It is a critical part of the oil product pipeline ring around Moscow and is used for transporting and storing large volumes of gasoline and diesel fuel, including supplies for the Russian army. A fire was also reported there.
Other reported strikes include a Russian command post near Bunge in Donetsk region and UAV command centers in Dvorichna (Kharkiv region), Zavitne (Kherson region), and Udachne (Donetsk region).
Ukrainian forces also struck concentrations of Russian manpower near Myrne (Donetsk region), Krasnohirsk (Zaporizhzhia region), Volfyno (Kursk region, Russia), and two additional Russian troop concentrations near Novoekonomichne (Donetsk region).
As previously reported, special operations units of the Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) “Alpha”, together with other Defense Forces units, also struck several targets in the Moscow region and temporarily occupied Crimea.
