A Ukrainian FPV drone flew over the Donbas Arena stadium in temporarily occupied Donetsk.
Denys Kazanskyi released a video on his Telegram channel.
The video shows the drone flying freely to the football stadium, turning around and showing the inside of the building.
“I can’t post the end of the video, but to understand the beauty of the moment, I’m posting a fragment – this is the Donbas Arena stadium,” the statement reads.
The Donbas Arena is located almost 10 kilometers from the nearest point of contact, which is between Opytne and Avdiivka.
The main means of countering FPV drones at the current stage of the Russian-Ukrainian war is electronic warfare systems, which in this case proved to be ineffective, did not work, or their density was not sufficient.
Ukrainian reconnaissance drones have repeatedly flown into the enemy’s rear in the Donetsk region.
On January 26, Militarnyi reported that a large group of Russian pilots of FPV drones were eliminated at a training ground near Ilovaisk, Donetsk region, and the drone was used to adjust fire and record damage.
The facility where a group of Russian invaders was hit is located more than 50 kilometers from the front line.
As previously reported, the drones of the 110th Separate Mechanized Brigade hit a group of Russian infantry in the Avdiivka sector.

The video depicts a group of six Russian infantrymen on the streets of Avdiivka, who are being attacked by Ukrainian troops using ammunition from a drone.
The Russians, visually at least, are walking without maintaining sufficient distance between them, enabling them to be efficiently targeted with ammunition from a drone.
As Russian infantrymen tried to hide in buildings, drone operators started to accurately drop ammunition into crevices in the roofs of the buildings.

This is better news than one would at first think. This arena is in the biggest city in the Donbas that’s occupied by the roaches. It’s important to know the significance of being able to penetrate the roach airspace with drones.
